2. Installation (~1 hour)

You will need to create a Reditus and complete our technical setup, before we can take over the tracking of your affiliate program. Follow the steps below to get this sorted; 

• Create a Reditus account & set up your affiliate program

  • Set it up similar to what you have, or go for multiple tiers. 

• Install our tracking

• Purchase the correct Reditus plan.

3. Data Preparation (~1 hour)

It will be a fully hands off service we will be running, hence we would need access to your current platform. What we will do; 

• You: Give Reditus access to your current affiliate platform. 

• Reditus: Export data from current affiliate platform
• Reditus: Turn exported data into an import for Reditus
• You: Do a check on the data we want to import into Reditus

4. Data Migration (~1 hour)

• Reditus: Import data & make sure everything happened smoothly after approval 
• Reditus: Put affiliates in the right tier (if you have multiple) and make sure everything is imported correctly. 
• Reditus: Import current leads / referrals / paid referrals to take over commission tracking.

• Q: Will the existing affiliate links still work after migrating to Reditus?

  A: Yes; Reditus imports your current affiliate links so you don’t need to ask affiliates to change anything. Tracking continues as usual after everything is imported & migrated. 

• Q: How long does migration to Reditus take?

• Q: Do I need to onboard affiliates again after migration?

  A: No, affiliates remain active. You would need to communicate the change, but all existing, links, and referrals/leads are migrated over. As they keep their current links + receive new ones, it will be seamless for them (literally takes them 2 minutes to sign up). 

• Q: What happens to my affiliate program history and past referrals?

  A: At the moment we only upload historic leads/referrals/paid referrals into Reditus. We do not import clicks or other historical data. Our focus is making sure the referrals generated will be correctly attributed, and you won't be overpaying if you have set a timeframe on how long you give commission. 

• Q: Will migration require technical changes on my side?
