How to Notify Affiliates After Migrating to Reditus (With Email Templates)

When you recently migrated your affiliate program from platforms like Firstpromoter, Tapfiliate, Rewardful, or PartnerStack to Reditus, you're in the right place. In this article we will help you to inform the affiliates about the change. 

Good news: most affiliate links will continue to work even after the migration. However, for better tracking and branding, we always recommend affiliates switch to their new Reditus affiliate links.

🔄 What Happens During the Migration (quick recap)

Here’s what we handle for you during the affiliate migration:

• ✅ Affiliate accounts are automatically created in Reditus.

• ✅ Old referral links (from tools like First Promoter or Rewardful) will still work—no broken links. After migration we will track clicks + referrals for these links as well. 

• ✅ We will create a new affiliate link (a unique slug) that generates their new Reditus affiliate link. 

• ✅ You can export all affiliate data from your Reditus dashboard, including their new slug.

📤 Step 1: Export Your Affiliate List

To inform your affiliates properly, you may want to export their details first:

How to export affiliate data from Reditus:

1. Log into your Reditus account.

2. Navigate to the Affiliates section.

3. Click Export csv to download a .CSV file.

4. The file will include each affiliate's email and slug, which you can use to personalize your communication.

Once migration is complete, use the email templates below to notify affiliates. You can either bulk email them or reach out individually, depending on your approach.
