      How to automated onboarding emails to affiliates?

      Want to onboard affiliates automatically? See how to set up an onboarding sequence of emails for them.

      When new affiliates join your affiliate program, it is important to onboard them properly. Not all of them will be fully familiar with your features, how to promote you, or the specific tools and resources available to assist them in their marketing efforts.

      Sending out an email onboarding sequence, ensures that each affiliate understands your brand’s values, products, and target audience. In the emails you can providing training materials such as guides, videos, and webinars that detail best practices for promoting your offerings.

      Additionally, it is beneficial to establish clear communication channels, allowing new affiliates to ask questions and receive support by your team.

      Setting up automated emails

      You can set up the emails within the 'Affiliate program' menu, by going to the 'automated emails' tab. See here the direct link; https://app.getreditus.com/saas/affiliate_program/emails 

      Easily add new emails, by clicking on "new automated email"

      Once you open up the new email screen, you will see the details below. In the email configurator you can do the following; 

      • Set when the email should be triggered
      • Set where the replies should go towards
      • Set the email subject
      • Write the email, including variables related to your program or affiliates

      Email templates / inspiration you can use
