How do affiliate pay outs work?

Here's a step-by-step guide on how payouts work at Reditus.

Congratulations on earning your first commission! Here's a step-by-step guide on how payouts work at Reditus. Below you can already find a screenshot on how affiliate payouts will show up within the app.

1. Generate Paid Clients

To be eligible for a commission payout, you must first bring in paid clients through your affiliate efforts. Which means; your referrals have to start a paid subscription, in order to generate a commission. You can see per program how much commission (%) you can earn and for how long.

2. Reach the Payout Threshold

Each SaaS company sets its own payout threshold. You'll need to surpass this minimum to qualify for payment. You can see this treshold on the landing page from the program, within the marketplace on when you earned a commission.

3. Add Your Payment Details

Ensure your payment information is correctly added in your Reditus account settings to avoid delays. By default all payouts are done via Paypal, this is also what you can add within your Reditus account. If you can't take any money via Paypal, you can agree different payout methods if the SaaS company allows this.

The SaaS companies pay you out directly, hence the agreement will be between you and the SaaS for different kind of payment methods. Hence we do not allow you to add anything else in the app.

You can add your Paypal address here.

4. Payouts are created for SaaS

Once you've passed the payout threshold, updated your payment details, you’ll be eligible to receive your commission. The commissions are accumulated, and the payouts are all triggered at the first of the month for the SaaS companies.

When this is done, the 'upcoming commissions' will be moved to 'pending payouts' and they will have a month to verify and process your payment.

5. Overdue Payments

If you have surpassed the treshold, added your Paypal email but did not received the payment within the allocated time, it will be marked as overdue, which you can track in your dashboard.

The SaaS company will receive a notification from us, that they will need to process this payment. You can always contact the SaaS company yourself as well about it. Good to know;

- Some SaaS companies require you to send an invoice

- Some SaaS companies want to payout differently

Contact the SaaS company to find out why your payment went to overdue;
